Abstract: |
The paper presents an approach to the construction and visualization of complex three-dimensional geological structures based on hierarchically ordered system of parametric spline surfaces with cuts. Important and original moments of this approach are the use of parametric spline surfaces with internal cuts for describing of geophysical ruptures and discharges, as well as the hierarchical ordering of geological boundaries in the form of a binary tree. The three-dimensional mathematical model constructed on the basis of this approach, allow us to use the optimization methods for the automatic coordination of parameters of model with heterogeneous geological and geophysical data. This allows us to solve both the direct and inverse problems of geophysics, based on the developed mathematical model of the geological environment, as well as visualize the results of such decisions. |
