Abstract:		This work presents the technologies and software system specially developed for morphological research of large sets of human face images. Morphological research is based on creation of generalized portrait of the anthropological sample, cluster analysis of face segments and finding similarities and differences between samples. The program system is used in scientific research in Anuchin Research Institute and Museum of Anthropology, Lomonosov Moscow State University.
