Abstract: The article presents the results of computational and experimental studies of supersonic flow around a cube arbitrary oriented relative to the direction of the incoming flow. Supersonic flow visualization around the cubical objects was performed by two methods: computational - based on the complete Navier-Stokes equations averaged by Reynolds which are enabled in the SolidWorks engineering and on the experimental – using the shadow photography.
