Abstract: |
Experts education in the field of scientific data visualization is an important problem in terms of modern science and engineering personnel training. The article presents such training issues on the example of graduate and postgraduate NRNU "MEPhI" nuclear physicists and informatics specialists of SarFTI NRNU "MEPhI" and INPE NRNU "MEPhI". The paper is considering issues of development and validation of distance learning course "Fundamentals of Scientific Visualization" in NRNU "MEPhI" and its branch establishments, descriptions of the laboratory workshops are given as well. Course aims: to study the theoretical and practical foundations for scientific data analyses by visualization method, introduction to the basic characteristics of the use of 3ds Max and HyperFun software tools for solving visualization problems and obtaining practical skills of writing and debugging applied visualization programs on HyperFun and Maxscript languages. |
